Alice Ripoll (Brésil)
Alice Ripoll questions the way our society is organized, a society that often reduces contact between distinct social groups down to a minimum. Originally from the favelas of Rio, four dancers defy the forces of oppression and intimidation upholding the social order. A performance of remarkable strength is born out of bodies crashing, putting us at the heart of an experience that is both intense and unnerving.
